Farmers Cooperative Elevator Company (FAC Cooperative) is a member-owned company serving agriculture and building trades across the Midwest.   Our seven member board of directors are elected by the membership to lead FAC. Each member represents a trade territory of the cooperative. They are elected to 3 year terms each year at the annual meeting. The fiscal year for FAC is from March 1 until the end of February.

The management team of FAC plays an important role in managing the daily operations of the cooperative. The management team works hard is to ensure that the board of director’s goals are met. They meet with the board monthly to discuss financials, operations, and needs of the cooperative. The current general manager is David L. Leiting.
